Work with Time Registrations

Manage a plan, with its tasks and subtasks, using time registrations and completion percentages.

Enable time registrations

  1. From the Plan home screen, click CONFIGURE
  2. In the Project Plan settings, tick the ENABLE TIME REGISTRATIONS checkbox

Register time against a task

In order to keep track of how much time is being spent on which tasks in your project you'll need to register time against tasks.

  1. In the Plan app click on a task name to display the Detailed Task View page.
  2. Click + NEW TIME REGISTRATION.
  3. The New Time Registration dialog displays.
  4. Enter a description, and amount of time (in hours).
  5. Select a currency rate from the Rate drop-down list.
  6. Note: You can add additional rates in the configure plan page.
  7. Click OK.

Alternatively, you can click on the drop-down list next to the new task, select the Register Time button and follow steps 3 and 4 as above.

View Time Registrations

  1. From the Plan home screen, click REGISTRATION
  2. A list of all registrations will display.

Edit Time Registrations

  1. From the Plan home screen, click REGISTRATION
  2. A list of all registrations will display.
  3. Hover over the registration you wish to edit.
  4. Click the edit icon.

Delete Time Registrations

  1. From the Plan home screen, click REGISTRATION
  2. A list of all registrations will display.
  3. Hover over the registration you wish to delete.
  4. Click the delete icon.
