Once you have created your Table of Contents and Custom Fields, you can use these to filter your records.
Classification
Use custom fields to segment your data in a graph. Click on an area of the chart to change the data underneath - best viewed in table mode.
Filter on the Table of Contents
Use the Table of Contents filter (next to FILTERS) to access a particular section of your table of contents. Either select from the drop down list, or start typing to get a filtered list to select from.
Filter on Custom Fields
Click on FILTERS. Select the items you want to filter from the drop down lists. View the results as a list or table.
Once you have filtered your records, RequirementONE will retain the filter until you chose to re-set it, even if you navigate away.
The views of the data that you have created based on the above filtering can be stored. When filters are applied they are appended to the URL, so a filtered view can be bookmarked in your browser. |
