Edit an issue

Now that you have created an issue, you can edit the details, add a note or attachment and link to the original record.

Edit the details

  1. Click EDIT next to the issue you want to edit.
  2. Edit the issue name, description, ID number and/or change the status of the issue as required.

Add a Note

  1. Click on the name of the issue you want to edit.
  2. Click on + NEW NOTE and add your comment or update.
  3. Click OK

Add an Attachment

  1. Click on the name of the issue you want to edit.
  2. Click on + NEW NOTE and add your comment or update.
  3. Click OK

Link to a record

  1. Click on the name of the issue you want to edit.
  2. Click on + NEW NOTE and add your comment or update.
  3. Click OK
