Create an Issue

You can add issues to reviews in the Issue app and then link them to records or feedback.

Issues are created when things have not been implemented or are not working properly. You can link issues to the original record in the specification app or feedback app or attach pictures or screen grabs to explain the issue further.

Create a new issue:

  1. In the Issues app click the required review title. The list of issues assigned to that particular review displays.
  2. Click + NEW ISSUE, enter the required details and click OK. The new issue displays in the list of issues.
