The Issues app is used for issue and defect tracking. To show dependencies and the original source you can link issues to both records or feedback. This allows you to track and manage any issues that come up.

Issues are organized in reviews, which are logical groups of issues. You can configure a number of custom attributes per review such as priority, responsible person and status. This gives you more control over how you want to organize your data.
Here you can register issues for things that are not working in relation to what is specified by the records in the Specification app or based on user feedback.
