Gather Feedback

In order to gather user feedback, first you'll need to create a survey, then add your questionnaire to it. Then it's time to distribute your questionnaire to your stakeholders.

Survey access is either on a named user basis (the user must be part of the project) or by defining each questionnaire as public which generates a unique web URL which allows access to the questionnaire without logging in to RequirementONE.

Configure your questionnaire

  1. Click  CONFIGURE next to the questionnaire.
  2. Check the ALLOW ANONYMOUS check box to generate a web link that does not need a login to submit feedback.

Anonymous questionnaires are useful for quickly submitting relevant information in to a project from a wide range of users who may not have direct access to

Now you're ready to distribute your questionnaire to the relevant stakeholders.

Distribute your questionnaire

  1. Click  CONFIGURE next to the questionnaire.
  2. Under the details field, copy the public link that is displayed
  3. Paste that link into an email and send to the relevant stakeholders.
