When you start getting questionnaire submissions from your users you can link questionnaires to requirements or issues to create traceability links between user feedback and specific requirements and issues.
Link questionnaires to records or issues
- In the Feedback app click on the required questionnaire to see the questionnaire submissions page.
- Click on a user name to see the questionnaire answers.
- Hover over an answer and select Link to Requirement or Link to Issue from the drop-down list.
- You can link to an existing record or issue or create a new record or issue.
- Make the required selections and click Save.
- A link symbol appears next to the answer - click on the link to display the linked issue or record.
