Attachments and Notes are a great way to add additional information and detail to your records. By adding these to your data exports, you supplement the detail in your document.
To keep these organised you can add categories to be set at upload time.
Attachment Categories
Add a new Attachment Category
- Click on CONFIGURE next to your document name, and scroll down to the Attachment Categories section
- Click on + NEW ATTACHMENT CATEGORY
- Add a new name and click OK

Edit an Attachment Category
- Click on CONFIGURE next to your document name, and scroll down to the Attachment Categories section
- Click on EDIT next to the category you want to update
- Add a new name and click OK
Note Categories
Add a new Note Category
- Click on CONFIGURE next to your document name, and scroll down to the Note Categories section
- Click on + NEW ATTACHMENT CATEGORY
- Add a new name and click OK
