How to use the Solution Store

Introduction

The Solution Store is a marketplace for best-practice templates that can be used for any project managed on the RequirementONE platform. In some cases you can also download a template and use it offline.

The Solution Store is seamlessly integrated with the RequirementONE platform and you can pick a template or you can simply browse the Solution Store and pick a template and target project you would like the template copied to.

How much does it cost?

This ranges from free to a cost set by the author who created the template. The price is listed together with the template. Templates can be re-used for a project, and you will only be charged the first use.

Template purchases are charged to the user making the purchase rather than the billing user at the account level.

How do I get started?

There are two different ways to pick a template for your project:

Browse Solution Store

1. Log in to RequirementONE (if you are not already logged in)
2. Click on the Solution Store tab
3. Browse the templates and select a template
4. If are not sure which template to pick, start with the free of charge template, which is typically simple and straightforward. This will get you started quickly.

Within your project

1. Log in to RequirementONE (if you are not already logged in)
2. Select one of your projects
3. Click on any of the application tabs e.g. Specification, Plan or Feedback
4. Click on + NEW DOCUMENT and select 'Pick from Solution Store' in the dialog that opens.
5. If are not sure which template to pick, start with the free of charge template, which is typically simple and straightforward. This will get you started quickly.
