Account Settings

The Account settings page is where you can edit your account details, view or change your subscription and billing information, users, projects and company report templates.

You access this page by clicking on your name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and selecting your account or company name from the drop down list.

Edit account name

If your company name needs changing, or you want to differentiate different accounts at your company, you can change your account name here.

  1. Click on your name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select your account name from the drop down list.
  2. Click on EDIT. under the details section.
  3. Update your account name and click OK.

Edit subscription details

You may want to get additional functionality in RequirementONE. For this you upgrade your subscription by changing your license type.

  1. Click on your name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select your account name from the drop down list.
  2. Under the subscription section click on UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
  3. Enter/update the required subscription details in the update subscription dialog.
  4. Click OK when you're done.

Change billing user

There can only be one billing user per account. If a role has changed, or you want to move the billing to someone in the finance team for example, this is where you make the change.

Before you change the billing user, make sure that the user you want to assign is already registered with the account.

  1. Click on your name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select your account name from the drop down list.
  2. Under the billing section click on SELECT BILLING USER.
  3. Pick the billing user from the drop down list.
  4. Click OK when you're done.

Change user permissions

This is where you can amend user permissions for all users associated with the account.

  1. Click on your name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select your account or company name from the drop down list.
  2. Under the users section, click on EDIT next to a users name
  3. Pick the correct permissions for that user.
  4. Click OK when you're done

View projects

Although you cannot edit it from here, this is a useful way to check that you see all projects associated with an account.

  1. Click on your name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select your account or company name from the drop down list.
  2. Under the projects section, you can see the list of all projects associated with an account.

Add or edit report templates

If you want to customise your Microsoft Word and Excel export templates, this is where you add the updated versions to make them available across your projects.

  1. Click on your name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select your account name from the drop down list.
  2. Under the report templates section click on UPLOAD TEMPLATE.
  3. Upload the new template you have created.
  4. Click OK when you're done.
