User Profile Settings

The User Profile page is where you can change your password, update your profile information, change your company details, join a project, leave a project, enter payment details and sign up to our affiliate scheme

Change your password

You can change your password anytime from this screen.

1. Click on your user name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select User Profile from the drop down list.
2. Click  CHANGE PASSWORD. The change password dialog displays.
3. Enter your old password, your new password and repeat your new password.
4. Click OK.

Update your profile information

If you have changed role or phone number, update it here.

1. Click on your user name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select User Profile from the drop down list.
2. Click on Profile Information, and click  EDIT. The Edit User Profile dialog displays.
3. Enter/update the required details and click OK.

Update your company information

If your company name has changed, or you want to differentiate between account names, change it here.

1. Click on your user name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select User Profile from the drop down list.
2. Click on Profile Information or Company Information, and click EDIT. The Edit User Profile or Edit User Company dialog displays.
3. Enter/update the required details and click OK.

Join a project

If you have been invited to a project, this is where you accept the invitation.

1. Click on your user name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select User Profile from the drop down list.
2. Scroll down, until you see the project list.
3. You should see all projects where you have a pending invitation at the top of this section.

1. Under STATUS, click the accept button to join the project or reject to refuse the invitation.

Leave a project

If your project has come to an end, you may choose to leave the project.

1. Click on your user name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select User Profile from the drop down list.
2. Scroll down, until you see the project list.
3. Hover over the project you want to leave. The leave button displays on the right hand side.

1. Click the Leave button to leave the project.

Enter payment details

If you are setting up your payment details for the first time, or need to amend your payment details, use this section. See here for full details about licensing RequirementONE.

1. Click on your user name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select User Profile from the drop down list.
2. Scroll down until you get to the Payment section.
3. Towards the bottom of this section you can click + ENTER PAYMENT DETAILS.
4. Enter/update the required payment details on the Edit Payment dialog.
5. Click Submit Payment Details when you're done.

Join the RequirementONE affiliate scheme

Many of our customers recommend RequirementONE to other people using our affiliate scheme - by doing this they earn a percentage of the subscription income from people who become customers as well as helping others to benefit.

1. Click on your user name in the top right quadrant of the screen, and select User Profile from the drop down list.
2. Scroll down to the Affiliate section.
3. Copy and paste the displayed link code into your blog, footer or email it to your contacts. We'll take care of the rest for you.
