Move, Copy and Update Multiple Records

RequirementONE gives you the ability to select multiple records in the document view, update multiple custom fields in one go, as well as moving or copying multiple records between documents, or to a different place in the table of contents within the same document.

Copy

You can copy records to a new document, or a different place in the table of contents, or just create a duplicate.

1. Find the records you want to copy
2. Click on the body of the record to select it.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list
4. Select the COPY option.

Select a project, document and the place in the table of contents where you want to copy the records to.

The records will be copied.

Move

You can move records to a new document, or a different place in the table of contents, in the same way as the copy.

1. Find the records you want to move
2. Click the body of the record
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list
4. Select the MOVE option.

Update Custom fields

You can update the list fields for multiple records simultaneously:

1. Find the records you want to update
2. Click the body of the record
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list
4. Select the UPDATE option.
